AD HOC CODEX INTERGOVERNMENTAL TASK FORCE ON THE PROCESSING AND HANDLING OF QUICK FROZEN FOODS

The ad hoc Intergovernmental TF on QFF was established in by the 29th CAC in 2007 with the objective to finalize the International Code of Practice for the Processing and Handling of Quick Frozen Foods. The terms of reference is to resolve all outstanding issues including quality and safety provisions with a view to the advancement of the Code to Step 8. The task force was dissolved by the 31st CAC in 2008 upon completion of its mandate.
