73. Wheat-germ bread 

Wheat-germ bread shall be the bread obtained by baking a yeast-leavened dough prepared from wheat-germ meal, water, and

  1. wheat flour;
  2. wholemeal wheat flour; or
  3. a mixture of wheat flour and wholemeal wheat flour,

in proportions of not less than 5 kg of wheat-germ meal to 100 kg of wheat flour or of wholemeal wheat flour or of the mixture, as the case may be.
